Since we are a made to order business we are currently unable to provide exchanges or refunds for non-damaged items. Yes, as long as the order has not been sent to production. We cannot make any changes or cancel orders after we have already started fulfilling your order. If you need to cancel the order, please email within 1 hour of your order being placed.
