Unfortunately, we do not currently sell outside of the United States. We really hope to offer international shipping soon. Join our email list to stay updated.
Since we are a made to order business we are currently unable to provide exchanges or refunds for non-damaged items. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Since we currently only ship to the United States our shipping times range from 5-10 business days. (This does not include any delays, weekends, holiday period, or any unforeseen circumstances)

Yes, as long as the order has not been sent to production. We cannot make any changes or cancel orders after we have already started fulfilling your order. If you need to cancel the order, please email within 1 hour of your order being placed.
